I have placed an order, now what?

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided, it will contain all the order information: items(s) purchased and shipping details. Please carefully review information. If there is an error, please update us as soon as possible with the correct information. All customers will be fully responsible for any charges that may apply for using inaccurate shipping information. 

* Please note there is 3-5 business days processing time for all orders placed online and shipping time is approximately 5-10 business days. 

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do.  

We also exchange. 

For a full refund for any purchased item(s), item must be returned within 30 calendar days after being delivered. Must be unworn and in the original packaging to be accepted. Please provide us with return shipping tracking details. A confirmation email will be sent to notify clients if return was accepted or rejected after the product has been received. 

Items returned 30 calender days  after being delivered, if accepted, will receive a 30 day luxe credit (store credit) of equal amount to item(s) purchased.

Luxe credit issued for returns expires 30 calendar days after email notification of issued credit. 

Returns will not be accepted after item has been delivered for more than 45 calendar days. 

Return shipping fee must be paid by buyer, if charges apply. 

Sale items are final purchases. 

How do I exchange?

Please send us an email for instructions on how to exchange the items. Instructions may differ based on purchase and other various factors. No exchange after 30 calender days of delivery.

All items to be exchanged must be unworn and in original packaging to be accepted. 

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, you will not be able to cancel the order. Please see our return policy.

Why did I receive a refund for a confirmed order?

It's possible you may have placed an order on an item that became unavailable at the time of purchase but didn't reflect immediately, and a refund was issued automatically.
